Terms of Use

Last updated: April 22, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using NullPointer, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform, its operators, or other users.

2. Anonymous account model

Anonymous users authenticate using a generated account code. You are solely responsible for storing that code securely. If you lose it, access may not be recoverable.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for malware distribution, phishing, fraud, spam, unlawful content delivery, credential theft, evasion of security controls, or abusive traffic generation.

4. Link controls and enforcement

We may disable links, block requests, apply IP/network rules, rate limit traffic, or suspend access when activity appears abusive, unlawful, or operationally harmful.

5. Availability

The service may change, be rate limited, enter maintenance mode, or become temporarily unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Analytics and logs

To operate the redirect engine and abuse protections, the platform may log visit metadata including IP address, user agent, referrer, geo/network enrichment, and allow-or-block outcomes.

7. Administrative action

Operators may review traffic logs, blocked requests, settings, and audit records for security, abuse handling, and service administration.

8. No warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of fitness, uptime, merchantability, or suitability for any specific use case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or data-loss damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
